AI4N is a founding-partner model: we invest in-kind, USD $500k+, to build a custom operating system into one business per market, then license that proven system to thousands of businesses in that niche. The first build is the seed for each market vertical. After that, we charge each paying customer an annual subscription or a percentage of business revenue.

By invitation

We choose one founding partner per vertical, an operator with a real, working business. We build alongside the owner, shaping the operating system to permanently solve the critical problems experienced by the internal business and the people they serve.

We invest, in kind

We fund the entire build ourselves, worth USD $500k+ at market rates. We engineer the solution inside the partner's real-time business operations. Their daily use is analyzed by our AI4N agents to continuously improve their operating system. Every day they use it, it gets sharper.

We keep the IP, and scale

In exchange, we keep the IP. Once the partner has proven the system, we license it to thousands of other businesses in that niche, each on an annual subscription or a share of business gross revenue. That wider market is where AI4N earns a profit.

Every small institution runs on two kinds of software that never talk: the systems that run the money and the records, and the channels that reach its people. AI4N folds both into one operating system, and has already built one for each of four markets. Three have public sites you can open right now; the fourth can be shown running live. Each is a founding-partner build, delivered as our in-kind investment in exchange for the IP. We build one field at a time; the portfolio is how we show that one system travels. The owner runs his gym on it, every day, on his own.

His day used to live in a paper notebook and a spreadsheet on one side, and the messaging thread that reached his members on the other. His operating system now holds check-in, memberships, the point of sale, and the day's cash on one screen. Member messaging is built into the same screen and switches on next. He logs in daily and runs the gym on it without us in the room. The product is live, in daily use, and ready to onboard the next gym.

The school's office bridged two worlds by hand. We built the bridge.

Tuition records lived in the school's accounting tools and spreadsheets; reaching the families lived in a separate messaging app. The operating system brings the payment ledger, each family's tuition status, and the family messaging into one connected system. It is fully built and has been demoed in person to school operators, complete and ready for its founding school.

Gold buying is cash-heavy and carefully regulated: the customer at the counter with a contract or a renewal, and behind it the records, cash counts, and filings the accountant and the regulator need. The operating system handles the counter and the back room in one system, across every shop an owner runs. Government grants fund the programs, and every grant carries its own compliance calendar, receipts, and reimbursement invoices, while the team's real work is the program and the people in it. Their operating system brings the compliance calendar, the receipts (sent in by email, read, and filed), and the draft reimbursement invoice into one place. From the first week, your operating system keeps a careful record of how your team actually uses it, and we shape it around your real routine, without replacing what works. The gym operating system above improves week by week because one owner runs his gym on it every day. People make the changes, and a human approves every change that matters.

What we will not do

  • We will not rip out what works. We rebuild around your existing tools, your systems, and the words your team already uses.
  • We will not take control away. The software prepares the work; your people review and approve, and nothing irreversible happens without a human.
  • We will not lock in your data. It is yours on day one and yours on the last day, and it leaves with you if you ever go.
  • We will not invent proof. No testimonials, client counts, or logos we have not earned. Three of the four products are live sites you can click through yourself; the fourth runs privately, and we will show it to you on request. And our systems are designed to align with the rules of your market, not to guarantee compliance: we are the system and the expertise, not your lawyer.

And if it is not a fit, we will say so.

The engine doing the work inside our systems is modern AI. We say that plainly, once, and then we stop talking about it, because you should never have to operate AI to run your organization. You review, approve, and decide. That is the job of an operating system.

A note from Paul

If you are here, chances are someone you trust sent you this link, or you found something I wrote on LinkedIn. Either way, thank you for reading. I will keep this short.

AI4N is a new company. I am not new to this: more than 15 years building software for real operations, over 100 applications, over 30 systems, used by more than 450,000 people. I still demo in person and install in person, because an operating system for your operation should be built by someone who has stood in your operation. What is new is the leverage: agentic AI collapsed the cost of building this class of software, so a company like ours can now do what used to take a firm. AI4N exists to spend that leverage on the institutions the big software ignores.

Right now I am building with a small founding cohort, one partner per vertical, investing a full operating system into each as our in-kind work, so that when this company makes claims, they are earned ones.
